Routes for Change is a ‘not for profit’ CIC, which was established in 2019 by Anthea Barbary and
Victoria Cooper in response to the growing need for accessible support for young adults and
vulnerable groups. We have been offering low cost 1-1 therapy and group work since 2019, both online and in person, and continue to be dedicated to offering these services because of the incredible  changes we see in the people we work with.

Currently, we are mainly funded by donations, grants and sponsors. Any donation, however large or small, is greatly appreciated and keeps this valuable service available for young adults and vulnerable groups. This year (2024), we are very fortunate to be the Mayor of Lewes’s chosen ‘good cause’. We are excited about how many more people Routes for Change will reach as a result of the Mayor’s support.
