18-25 YEAR OLDS

According to Sandra Aamodt, neuroscientist and co-author of ‘Welcome to Your Child’s Brain’,
the prefrontal cortex is not yet fully developed between the ages 18 and 25. That’s the part of the brain that helps to inhibit impulses and to plan and organise behaviour to reach a goal.
Additionally, we are aware of the extreme pressures that this age group suffer from, whether it is caused by societal expectations, global issues, environmental worries or social media.
Our work helps to establish positive patterns of thought and behaviour. It re-wires and
strengthens new neural pathways that enable participants to reach their full potential and a more positive future.
